Oh my goodness, you guys!  I have been drinking our Young Living Slique Shake for a few months now, and I love it. I usually drink it totally plain with water and ice, but yesterday I had a strong craving for chocolate. I have this vegan frosty recipe from Rabbit Food for My Bunny Teeth that I usually make, and wanted to see what would happen if I added our Slique Shake to it. O. M. G. It was amaaaazzziiinngggg!!

I’m sure you can do this with any of the Young Living protein powders as well, but it won’t be dairy-free. Frosties are loaded with dairy and sugar – two big no-no’s for a healthy diet, and certainly not something you’d consider to be a nutritious breakfast. With this recipe, you can have this delicious treat any time of the day and know you are getting your chocolate fix without all the nasties. Plus it supports healthy weight management. HALLELUYAH!!

DIY Wendy’s Chocolate Frosty

Serves 1

1 cup original unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
8-10 ice cubes

You can stop right here and have an awesome DIY chocolate frosty – but for the weight loss and added nutritional benefit, add 1 packet of Young Living Slique Shake.

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth! Yum!
